About the role:
As an ERP Solution Architect at ComActivity you will play a key role delivering transformative solution architecture for customers participating in the sales, design and delivery of the solution.
- Be part of the pre-sales team contributing to the design of solutions to ensure profitable projects and sustainable business growth
- Responsible for defining scope of deliverables and being a key contributor during the statement of work development, providing options in the determination and implementation of architectured solutions
- Deliver client success and satisfaction by establishing transformative “to-be” architecture for customers, leading solution discussions between functional streams and providing clear recommendations to customers
- Important contributor during project initiation and maintaining pro-active oversight for the duration of the project,
- Ensure requirements gathering and scoping is robust and produce effective written reports, analysis, and other architecture related documentation
- Mentor and develop colleagues across the organisation
As a Solution Architect you will have a proven track record of leading the pre-sales, design, scope and implementation of solutions. You will work with the application and technical teams. Additionally, you will work closely with Project Managers to support the successful delivery of projects.
Experience and Attributes
Required Experience:
- Proven experience designing and delivering ERP solutions for Tier 1 and Tier 2 B2B customers in the Food & Beverage, Distribution, Manufacturing or Asset Maintenance arenas
- Fluent understanding of end-to-end business processes for the above industries
- Deep knowledge in some of these delivered systems (i.e., ERP, PLM, WMS, eCommerce etc.) and deep knowledge of the integrations available
- Proven track record in blending your business process and technology knowledge to architect quality solutions
- Good understanding in all other common tools and systems involved (i.e. eCommerce solutions/platforms, CRM, 3PL, MES etc.)
Highly regarded:
- Experience in the Food & Beverage industry
- Experience in pre-sales consulting – shaping the right solution for the customer
- Experience in Infor M3 ERP solutions will be highly regarded, alternatively, Microsoft Dynamics, Netsuite, Oracle Cloudsuite would be an advantage.
- Experience in delivering cloud-based solutions
